Refund policy
- No Refunds and All Sales Final
1.1. The customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales made by the Company are final, and the Company does not offer, provide, or entertain any refunds, exchanges, or returns, under any circumstances.
1.2. The customer further understands that, by making a purchase, they are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Company, and they forfeit any rights to request or receive a refund, regardless of the reason.
1.3. The Company shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction, change of mind, or other circumstances that may arise after the purchase has been made, and the customer shall bear the sole responsibility for their decision to purchase.
1.4. Any exceptions to this "No Refunds and All Sales Final" provision shall be made solely at the discretion of the Company, and only in extraordinary circumstances as deemed appropriate by the Company. Such exceptions shall not be construed as a waiver of this provision or as an admission of liability or fault by the Company.
1.5. The customer agrees that, by making a purchase, they have read, understood, and accepted this provision on "No Refunds and All Sales Final" in its entirety and are bound by its terms and conditions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
